{ I LUB MY lgbb! a little update on nightlife but not really haha. jus ONE SENTENCE HA. }
Wow wow ahha. I don't really wanna talk about what we do here everyday cos it seems like such an arduous task aha. Sometimes the days are mixed up for me, like I'm not exactly sure what we do ahha. But if we wanna talk about partying and nightlife/clubbing so far haha...
We've been to 5 different clubs/bars/nightspot places so far. 2 house parties.
I'll talk more next time cos i'm feeling stressed by SCHOOL WORK RIGHT NOW. fark right. come so far tot can relax more. sometimes feel that it's too slack to the extent that i'm farkin bored. then suddenly sometimes got many things to do. ahhhhhhhhhhhh haha. i'm going to dance a bit now haha. though cherlyn jus came up haahha. i'll post up pics of our house laer haa. ahhhh and nice chatting with papa, bruh & sang that day ahaha. mama scolded me like "wah, why you call home? very expensive u know?" when i called her that day ahah. cos i was walking home alone after comida china (chinese food) while the rest were at soriana's (doing grocery shopping) cos i went for salsa 3 haa. i listened to chinese music and suddenly i missed my mama cos she jus texted me that cavin ku and his sister will be taken care of by her while their mama goes overseas for a few days ahahaa.
ahhh feeling stressed now haa. cos i'm multi taskin too much? like opening up many stuff - web pages. need to do ppt on finland. got quiz again (weekly quiz), do up this mini report about your preferences and limitations and ALL MY READINGS ARE PILING UP. like i can dont' caare about it sometimes, but sometimes i jus feel very overwhelmed (LIKE NOW)... plus salsa, i wish can social more. but currently every lesson is about learning A LITTLE bit more about the routine. however it depends on who your rotated partner is. some will do other stuff after practising the routine for a while but most wil just practise the routine. ahhhh maybe i really need to visit salsa clubs? ahhaa... heard frm Edward this Mexican who stops by our house from time to time cos he always parks his car outside our house then he'd walk to school from here haha. that there will be a salsa party organized by the school but it's at someone's house. i dont' understand why it's a house party if it's organized by the school ahah. then he said he'll go cos europeans likes salsa n he likes french gurls HAHAHAHA.
actually most of the previous paragraph was written by me after i took a quick shower. so i do feel a bit better haha. and i feel a bit bad cos supposed to do this short paragraph thing but i'm not sure and everyone in my team need to do it haha. but one grp mate offline and i dun have his no and the other is too nice haha so i'm like can i not do it, i don't feel like doing it HAHHAHAHAH... and all my readings. go read kylala. 少说话，多做事！

ACTUALLY these pics not that accurate. When i feel like it, I'll take nicer pics? Ah ahha shouldn't be blogging now. And that night like on Sat early morn (after clubbing @ Tech Raza on Fri night), I played for like a few hours with my netbook and took like 122 pics (both camera n netbook webcam - YAY TO MY LGBB = LG 宝贝).

HAPPY BARTHDAY DA DONG AHHA. 28TH BDAY. ON 24TH AUG HAHA :DDDDD i'm not that crazy but i still wished him on the AF thread haa.
P.S. Feels like it's been a few times since i'm the only one left in the dining room aha. Now it has become the round table for the "knights of the round table" - discussion table/discussion room ahah. The table in 2 of the pics above. In the past, most of us would just stay in our own rooms to use the com but i guess it's like communal living or something. We come out more often/come down for Cherlyn and me ahha. But I'd stil dance upstairs or if I really want to enjoy the air con or have some private time to read or wad, I'll stay upstairs for a while cos we only have the fan downstairs.
P.S.S. I feel that I'm here to learn HOKKIEN AHHA. gam pua... all the super vulgarities. seriously, 2-3 sentences out of 5 spoken here by mainly 2 ppl will be a vulgarity of some dialect ahha or the english kind ahaha. My hokkien vulgarities vocab is much more than my spanish one i'm sure hah. PRACTICA PRACTICA! okie i'll try to do somemore about my finland ppt then i'll read a bit and GO TO BED. gawsh past few nights bed time...

i'm gonna write here to remind myself. GAWSH, WRITING p.s. MAKES me write more and thinks clearer ahh. always like tat, nothing to write then got things to write. feels like got many things to write but don't know what to write haha. SIIIAWOOOO ONE HAH. doesn't make sense huh? the espresso brownie is getting to me?ahha 34pesos roughly around 3.40 sing dollars aha.

{ about now! DANCE! }
Alamak mak mak mak mak. I'm home for a short break and it's 30 mins to my next class at 3pm! Ah, I'm so in lurve with strawberry stuff these days. I just had a ONE-LITRE zumba fruit thing haa - it's just strawberries with KINDA lotsa sugar (i saw her empty the entire scoop into the blender, like those kind of scoops u use for washing powder) and MILK (normal, i really prefer full cream milk than LIGHT). Ah, feels like I wanna drink more of it. Last night I had an "Atlantis" - fresa, manzana y yogurt (strawberry, apple and yoghurt) just 1/2 litro only haa. Ah, I'm a greedy pig or rather grace the greedy gurl.
Ah yu yu yu uuuuuuu joscelin er haa, just now as I walking to ask about the dance class, I listened to "I DONT CARE EH EH EH EH EH EH EH " and quite happy actually, even a bit high haha. The dance class was not really the stuff I like but I still felt pretty nice being able to dance. Now i'm wondering if i should take both salsa and hiphop. Will be around 250 bucks sing dollars for the entire semester for both classes. I shall ask mama and see how haha. Cos I can't attend all lessons ahhhhhhh... Really I feel like I lack something when dance is not there.
Then was trying to ask the salsa teacher some questions after my hiphop class (the studios are just opp each one). This Mexican guy helped to translate and soo cool he's one of the few Mexicans so far whom we've met who can speak CHINESE AHHAA. so amazing right haha. Chinese is sooo hard to learn. His name is Jose and he said his chinese name is CHENG GONG ahahha, success that cheng gong aha. Damn amusing to me ha. He's pretty nice.
Now got Latin American & The Caribbean History class, I mean at 3pm and I never read the readings yet haha. Wil talk more about the past week and the next day (7th Aug) in my posting of dates is clubbing day ahahha... I shd buck up my updates here and keep things succint (maybe) and my facebook pictures haha. Plus my manga reading/books reading/anime watching/dramas watching/movies watching even? HAHA. how come all these things still can't make me happy enough??? Por que? por por por que haha... Okie try to go with the flow and believe in fate! Haha. unexpectedness, hhlmiap "who knows wad the future brings".
But at least I missed you Yu and 2 drops of my tears for you sia... Don' talk rubbish to ppl okie xp Time to read abit and go out of the house for class under very very hawt sun aha. Or maybe I shouldn't even try to update the past days? Or rather I shd just do pics n rough explanation aha. I write too much/think too much/type too much sia haa. It's kinda nice for me to be updating RIGHT NOW, ABOUT NOW Ahaha.

Now, Nicholasi is drawing card for Cherlyn now hahahahah. I think he can draw not just, "like and good is different" HAH. looks at Cherlyn and laughs...
So maybe I shouldn't go on and try to talk about everyday haa. I realize I did that for Yellowstone initially but I didn't follow through ha. Okie I'll just give brief descriptions and let my pictures do the work aha.

Finally, we left La Casa Del Barrio after 4 nights. Off to our new house and I already gave the address! Uh, we ate BK's at our house after we did some stuff like shift some furniture around ha. Soriana's shopping again - this time for all the household stuff. DAMN SHAG SIAAAHHH... We did spring cleaning (da sao chu) after we got back from Soriana's and all of us were really tired haha. Though there was a pretty funny part about a guy who ate some late night food haha.

Whee, San Augustine again. We keep going there ever since Tono told us it's one of the shopping places in Monterrey haha. We were pretty bored honestly cos we just went to school to do our subjects registration thing and we finished it so we had nothing to do after that aha. Seriously, the weather being so hawt really makes you lazy and u don't want to be in the hawt sun. Okie, maybe not for everyone, but for me la.
sch food again! eating in sch is really pretty expensive.
for me who only eats vegs (since no fish at all), I'd spend about 6 to 7 bucks sing dollars.
TRYIN ON shades. i lub my painted navy nails *harts* *_^
SUCH CUTE SOCKS! - frm oysho ha.
in the end i only bought stuff frm oysho. some socks & sunglasses/shades but i haven't worn them yet. aha. that's like the first place i shopped at actually. a few days ago we went to san augustine and gawsh i shopped at oysho again, almost 50 bucks. we went to pull and bear and i realy didn't find anything for me and i tot i wouldn't see anything i like that day but oysho made me spend again aha haha.
ah actually i do wanna post more pics but it's sooo tiring to keep clicking and waiting for it ot load, especially since I've uploaded so much and blogged so much in the previous post ahhh! now to something more important for a gurl ahah.

okie i'm back to continue the prev post haha...
what we did today ahha - 15th Aug 09' (Sat)... We visited (pics later) Caves of Garcia (grutas de garcia) with the school. Soooo hawt today on our walk back home as we cut through school. Plus all of us were a little groggy having slept on the bus ride back (around 1 hr) hee... Tmr's Cherlyn's 20th bday (in Singapore it already is) soooo
HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY CHERLYN. i was the first to wish u in the caves haa, cos u were saying it's alr ur bday in SINGAPORE aha. You're sleeping now cos the cough syrup made you drowsy. It's good to be able to sleep when u feel sleepy so GET WELL SOON OKIE, roomie & laugh out loud friend hahhhahahaa... Sometimes I swear it's sooo damn funnaye - the things we laugh at ahhaa :)))))
Though we're going out to eat later, I feel full so not really that excited? But okie I'm a little excited cos at least we're going to try a new place and no tacos for today haha. About the caves, the tour was in Spanish and there were lotsa people and it just doesn't feel that real to me. It felt artificial, especially those formations as you walk by. It's too people-filled... I'd only feel the magnificence of it when we're in a clearing and I could see the very tall ceiling of the cave then I'd go like "wow" a while haha. Maybe cos I didn't have enough sleep, I slept at 2am last night working on the transcript I had to translate and had to wake at 8am.
Actually, I cried on the bus. Cos seeing all the mountains/hills as the bus went by reminded me so much of Yellowstone and it's like nothing can compare to it? Ah alamak! Was talking to Yangyang last night and he went "haha, the story of yellowstone will live in my heart forever" and I was telling I still miss it so much sometimes and he went “才女也难过？” haha. Oh well, overthinking doesn't help and my thoughts go in spiral again. I should really write more huh? Cos at least always rmb that writing it out is cathartic/therapeutic!
Meeting Diana (spaniard) in the library on Thu was pretty cool ahha. I was trying to kill time during the 1.5 hrs break I had before my last lesson of the day haa. So I decided to check the library out since I only just heard that there were more than 1 floor in the library frm my history teacher. (i'm taking History of Latin America and the Caribbean) I saw Diana there and voila haa! She's there and sooo cute and I was saying her English is very cute then she went "I speak bad" HAHHA... I think she's a very interesting person with lots of vivacity and energy. I took a liking to her the first time I saw her actually aha. So that was unexpected :) There was a cute librarian ahhaa. I mean how lucky is that haha.
Tada my mind's thoughts are wandering again aha. Neways I should continue on right? Haha, paiseh to all my friends who ask me about how mexico is. I was missing all the people I actually lurve on the bus that's why I cried. Like Jeremy, Evelyn, Lily, Fanny, Charmaine da-jie, Xiaohui da-jie, Shan-er da-jie, Terence, Tang Tang Wei, Sasha, John (south african), Daniel, Branden, Lance, Kathryn, Andy, Paul, Abbie... alamak like everything just came wham. This is good haha. Cos it means I still have feelings? I've been cold for a pretty long while huh... Oh well, I don't know. I need to learn to see things in a different light - through a different perspective. So whenever I feel that reading/watching movies/dramas/anime is what nerds do and it's a waste of time, I should rmb wad echo jie said about “看电影是对心灵好” or something like that. Like she was telling me travelling is for your mind cos you look at more things and interact with people, different experiences... Haha...

and uh, actually I do tink I'm lucky to always have company, except when I have classes and stuff. It's really a comfort zone but I'm blessed haha. Maybe that's why I'm not homesick aha. Give thanks to the things in life haha. Like my dear housemates joke soo much that I forget about being emo u know. THANKS GUYS ahha. I'm interested to see how our relationships change over time aha. made new mexican BFF ever - tono/antono - cab driver who became our translator in the end cos he could speak english quite a lot and he himself said a little bit only ahha. he also brought us to this cheap tacos place haa. i can only eat champinones/queso (mushrooms/cheese) tacos. I was wrong, i tot mexico everywhere would have fish since it has coastal areas and a lot of bell peppers but so far i only eat mushrooms/cheese/maybe some potatoes hah. for the mexican food i mean haa. i heard recently that there's more seafood in the south where it's the coastal areas but in monterrey it's like surrounded by other areas, it's mountains around us so there isnt. AHHH... fish fish fish soon aha. carls' junior i promise you i will visit you soon okie ha.
at the taco's place that TONO brought us there haa. pretty cheap!
soriana's shopping. soriana's is like this big hypermarket haha, they even compare prices with walmart haa. so basically we keep hanging out there to buy bottled water since that's all we could drink before we had a house and a kettle and could boil water. sleep at night haa.

WELL in the end he got his luggage back but he was without clothes for like the first 2 days we were there haa. He only had another tank with him and a pair of jeans but he only realized he has another pair of jeans like the 2nd day his luggage was lost haa. So he kept wearing the same clothes and had to buy BOXERS HAHA, COS he didn't have any inner wear with him in the luggage that wasn't lost. (he brought 2) haha. DAMN FUNNAYE LA AHA.
3rd Aug 09' (Monday)
first day in school ever! first time eating in school cafeteria & registering as an exchange student.
first meal ever haa. take a pic :D
met the friend of the landlady who would be like the in charge for our house. so we talked thru stuff. tiring again ahhhhhhhh. with jet lag and general fatigue and all the processing of spanish just made me very very tired. sometimes i don't even bother ha. and i kinda feel that my energy will be used up by translating/processing a lot actually so i'd end up being quiet/tired at night/in the evening aha.
soriana's again aha. (that's the only place we hang out at ahha - HYPER MART GAWSH) i didn't borrow 10K to come supermarket shopping aha. just kiddin, trying to be exaggerating aha. we go left often these days, just very often at the start. pretty soon, we'll be able to map out the place haa.
go crazy over the ice cream which is generally cheaper
(but these few days, i don't have cravings haha maybe cos i finished my tub of STRAWBERRY HAAGEN DAZ HAHA)

only cherlyn and lennard shifted their luggages to be put in our new house first.

all i ate was some fries and this strawberry cheesecake that actually tasted pretty nice haha!
final talks and changes and contracts and all the paperwork done. cheryln and i went to the cabletv/phoneline company with senora (friend of landlady who's in charge of the houses) to apply for wireless internet + phone + cable tv aha. It's in a package so we have no choice and i bet some of us like Cherlyn would be real happy about cable tv aha. Cos if not we'd be more bored haha xp

we went to San Augustine and omigush farkin cute cab driver who went "hello moto". Cherlyn and I were stunned and our mouths were agape for a while haa. he seems like such a jovial, traditional mexican he's pretty dark and there's a nice feeling i get frm him. the good kind of vibe aha. the first place we visited was super huge Zara and the things were cheaper haha.

what we did today ahha - 15th Aug 09' (Sat)... We visited (pics later) Caves of Garcia (grutas de garcia) with the school. Soooo hawt today on our walk back home as we cut through school. Plus all of us were a little groggy having slept on the bus ride back (around 1 hr) hee... Tmr's Cherlyn's 20th bday (in Singapore it already is) soooo
HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY CHERLYN. i was the first to wish u in the caves haa, cos u were saying it's alr ur bday in SINGAPORE aha. You're sleeping now cos the cough syrup made you drowsy. It's good to be able to sleep when u feel sleepy so GET WELL SOON OKIE, roomie & laugh out loud friend hahhhahahaa... Sometimes I swear it's sooo damn funnaye - the things we laugh at ahhaa :)))))
Though we're going out to eat later, I feel full so not really that excited? But okie I'm a little excited cos at least we're going to try a new place and no tacos for today haha. About the caves, the tour was in Spanish and there were lotsa people and it just doesn't feel that real to me. It felt artificial, especially those formations as you walk by. It's too people-filled... I'd only feel the magnificence of it when we're in a clearing and I could see the very tall ceiling of the cave then I'd go like "wow" a while haha. Maybe cos I didn't have enough sleep, I slept at 2am last night working on the transcript I had to translate and had to wake at 8am.
Actually, I cried on the bus. Cos seeing all the mountains/hills as the bus went by reminded me so much of Yellowstone and it's like nothing can compare to it? Ah alamak! Was talking to Yangyang last night and he went "haha, the story of yellowstone will live in my heart forever" and I was telling I still miss it so much sometimes and he went “才女也难过？” haha. Oh well, overthinking doesn't help and my thoughts go in spiral again. I should really write more huh? Cos at least always rmb that writing it out is cathartic/therapeutic!
Meeting Diana (spaniard) in the library on Thu was pretty cool ahha. I was trying to kill time during the 1.5 hrs break I had before my last lesson of the day haa. So I decided to check the library out since I only just heard that there were more than 1 floor in the library frm my history teacher. (i'm taking History of Latin America and the Caribbean) I saw Diana there and voila haa! She's there and sooo cute and I was saying her English is very cute then she went "I speak bad" HAHHA... I think she's a very interesting person with lots of vivacity and energy. I took a liking to her the first time I saw her actually aha. So that was unexpected :) There was a cute librarian ahhaa. I mean how lucky is that haha.
Tada my mind's thoughts are wandering again aha. Neways I should continue on right? Haha, paiseh to all my friends who ask me about how mexico is.
